Services
Everything we do is aimed at restoring balance, increasing job happiness and promoting sustainable employability. With attention to the individual problem, the request for help/development, the professional context and the needs of the organization.
All interventions start from a positive mindset. Whatever reason you have to walk a path with us, we always look at it from the perspective of possibilities.
Coaching
Are you happy (in your work) and developing yourself enough?
This question runs like a thread through everyone's life. And what if that question comes up more and more often? If you feel you can develop your talents further. Perhaps you sometimes feel overloaded and do not know how to approach things differently or you notice that you keep stumbling over the same patterns. You would like to gain more insight into yourself, into why you do things the way you do, into your energizers and energizers, so that you can grow personally as an employee, as a leader.
Our coaches and psychologists can help you focus, use your talents and develop yourself. Together we will search for what makes you (work) happy.

(Corporate) social work
Preventing absenteeism?
A social worker counsels employees with psychosocial problems in an approachable, short-term and solution-oriented manner. This guidance may consist of information and advice, but may also involve investigation, mediation and advice around absenteeism issues. If the cause of absenteeism issues lies in an employee's social environment, it is not work-related but certainly work-relevant: it affects work.
Sometimes it can be valuable to involve a confidential advisor, if, for example, there is undesirable behavior, aggression and/or sexual harassment. Our company social worker can also be deployed for this purpose. We then focus on reception, guidance and informing the affected employee (the reporter), informing and advising the organization and advising managers and the board. This can be of value if the employer does not employ its own confidential advisor.
Occupational research
Load capacity and job load balanced.
Dropping out of work due to major events, illness, accident or a conflict situation. You hope it doesn't happen to you, but it happens to the best of us. It can lead to challenges for both employee and employer. Our employment expert thinks with you, by:
- weigh the (work) load against the employee's ability to work at that time,
- Provide support in preventing incapacitation, or recovering from it,
- actively look for (sustainable) opportunities within the work situation and identify the employee's work capacity, (re)-integration opportunities and possibilities.
Prevention is better than cure. Therefore, we recommend inviting an employment expert as early as possible and not waiting until after the first year of illness. This is because it improves the reintegration possibilities. A ergonomic workplace investigation can offer a preventive solution at an early stage.
Investing in job happiness. What does it cost?
We like to think along with you about (organizational) issues in the field of sustainable employability, work happiness and psychological safety. We also provide customized services in the area of knowledge expansion. For example, by giving workshops and lectures.
Investing in job happiness costs money. Not investing is unfortunately more costly. With the help of the KoBaDI tool we calculate the return on investment in sustainable employability.
KoBaDI is an advanced tool that shows which factors influence (invisible) reduced productivity and can ultimately lead to absenteeism or turnover. With this knowledge, we select interventions that contribute to reducing productivity loss, preventing absenteeism and turnover and sustainably improving employability in general.
This tool is part of our service package but can also be purchased by employers.
